The shirt showed up in good shape, and the fit was fine. The main thing I remember is the print looking darker than it did in the pictures, which threw me off a bit. Maybe I’m forgetting the exact product photo, but it just wasn’t quite what I expected. Not a huge deal though. I’d probably order again, just maybe stick with a simpler design next time...

I ordered a shirt and ended up having a question about the tracking, so I sent them an email to check on it.
They replied the next day and were actually helpful, which I appreciated. It wasn’t the fastest response, and the small delay felt avoidable, but they did answer my question and looked into the order for me.

But I’ve washed this one a bunch already and the print still looks good, no weird shrinking, and the colors haven’t faded much at all. Better than I expected, for sure. 5 stars from me

I was pleasantly surprised by the prices here. They felt fair and reasonable, which isn’t always easy to find.

I didn’t look through every single design, so I can’t say for sure how huge the range is, but from what I saw there were plenty of options. I ended up finding a tee I liked, so overall it was a good experience.

I ended up having to cancel an order for reasons that don’t really matter here, and I wasn’t sure what the refund situation was going to be. onceuponatee replied quickly, and the money showed up sooner than I thought it would. Didn’t have to keep emailing or anything, which was nice. Overall, painless, and I’d probably order from them again.

Just wanted to let people know, the packaging came really safe. Everything was packed nice and neat, so there were no issues when it arrived.

I’m not trying to be overly critical or anything, because I did like some of the designs. But for what I paid, the shirt just didn’t feel like a great value. I do like that Once Upon A Tee has limited designs, because it makes the shirts feel more special, but it’s kind of annoying too. I had to hurry up and grab my size before it disappeared, which felt like their fault for making everything so limited. I’ve been really happy with this tee so far. It has that soft, easygoing feel that makes it the kind of shirt you can throw on in the morning and then just forget about because it stays comfortable all day. The fit is nice too, not too tight or awkward, and I didn’t notice any scratchy seams, stiff fabric, or anything annoying like that. It just feels simple, cozy, and really easy to wear.

I got charged pretty much immediately, but after that I barely heard anything. I was trying to do an exchange and it ended up taking way longer than it should have. The whole return process just felt frustrating and kind of all over the place.
